Making perfect connections

The EVOline APSA 7000 sock strip is the perfect power-supply solution for server racks and vital for transferring growing quantities of data.

The rise in digitalisation is placing ever-increasing demands on data centres and IT rooms because more and more data needs storing and processing. This requires the computing compacity to match and, last but not least, a power supply that users can depend on. EVOline’s APSA 7000 series are customisable socket strips that can be fitted easily and precisely to the server rack systems, where they ensure flawless power transmission.

A safe and flexible system

The EVOline APSA 7000 line excels both in a small server rack and a large data centre. The length and colour of the socket strips, different-coloured socket tops, as well as inputs and switches, can be custom-configured. This includes features such as front inputs, powered by GST18 and WAGO WINSTA connectors, C14 IEC plug connections with fuses and C20, as well as 2-pole switches with side guards to prevent unintentional contact, as well as residual current circuit breakers and miniature circuit breakers (FI, LS and FI/LS).

Perfect fitted solution for server racks

As space in data centres is often limited and expensive, both secure and space-saving solutions are in demand, The EVOline APSA 7000 socket strips have been developed for horizontal and vertical installation in 19” server racks. At a height of 44.45 millimetres, they cover exactly one height unit and therefore make perfect use of the space available. Fitting is even easier on the strip thanks to the new rotatable brackets and without the need for any screws. The strips’ dimensionally stable and robust aluminium profiles are also impressive because of their high degree of torsion resistance.

Schulte - Elektrotechnik took over the APSA line in 2020. Like all Schulte - Elektrotechnik’s solutions, the EVOline APSA power outlet strips stand for top, reliable, German-made quality and meet the VDE’s stringent electrical engineering standards and safety regulations. Schulte - Elektrotechnik tests each product for resistance, high voltage and to ensure it works.
