  3. First meeting – Personal interview on-site
    The focus of the first interview is getting to know each other. Your professional background, expectations, responsibilities, potential team, and collaboration at EVOline are discussed.
     
  4. Decision & feedback
    After the interview, you will receive prompt, transparent, and appreciative feedback. If there is mutual interest, all further details will be clarified in the next step.
